Job Purpose

To support implementation and monitoring of safety programs, conduct inspections, maintain safety records and ensure compliance with EHS standards across manufacturing sites under the guidance of the Dy. General Manager - Safety.

Principal Accountabilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support implementation of safety training programs and emergency preparedness drills across sites.
• Maintain safety records, documentation and prepare reports for management review.
• Monitor safety work permit systems and support incident investigation activities.
• Coordinate with operations teams to implement corrective actions and safety improvements.

Major Challenges

• Ensuring 100% EHS Compliance across dynamic manufacturing operations.
• Promoting safety culture among contract manpower and plant personnel.

Routine safety inspections and basic hazard identification.

Safety work permit monitoring within defined limits.
