Job Purpose

To support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and documentation, while gaining hands-on experience and understanding of HR operations and policies within a manufacturing setup.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

? Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.

? Maintain candidate databases and support documentation for new joiners.

2. Employee Engagement & Communication

? Support execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

? Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and welfare activities.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

? Help maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.

? Prepare and update HR reports, letters, and documentation as per ISO and audit requirements.

4. Compliance & Policy Adherence

? Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory HR compliance.

? Support documentation for audits and inspections.

5. Learning & Development

? Participate in training programs and cross-functional exposure to understand HR processes.

? Contribute to process improvement initiatives and HR digitization efforts.

Major Challenges

? Adapting to dynamic HR operations and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee data.

? Understanding statutory and organizational HR policies.

Decisions

Decisions taken independently:

? Prioritization of assigned tasks and coordination with internal teams.

? Preparation of basic reports and documentation.Decisions requiring superior’s input:

? Finalization of recruitment decisions and policy interpretations.

? Approval of employee communication and engagement plans.
